Summer will be here sooner than you think. It’s time to start getting back into shape!

The video below is a 40 minute total body work out from GymRa. The equipment needed for this work out are:

  • 2 Dumbbells
  • Fitness mat

For best results, do this routine 3x a week on non-nonconsecutive days (give your muscles time to relax). Also, stay hydrating while working out—keep a bottle of water nearby.
