Rather than spewing rants laced with self-proclaimed greatness to the media or claiming to be the second coming of some deceased rockstar, Pharrell Williams continues to outshine his peers and build a sustainable career just through the work alone. That’s what’s up. So it comes as no surprise that the 40-year old musician, producer, artist, designer, fashion icon and philanthropist is ready to give the world a taste of what he’s been working on.

Adding to the trajectory of a highly successful run in 2013 with hits like ‘Blurred Lines’ and ‘Get Lucky’ Pharrell’s new album G I R L is set to release on March 3rd. The album will be his first solo project since the release of “In My Mind” in 2006.

G I R L is now available for pre-order on iTunes. If you just can’t hold the suspense, you’re in luck. Skateboard P was gracious enough to drop this quick “making the album” teaser.
