Have you used real estate website Trulia to find an apartment lately?

If you didn’t know about Trulia, you’re about to. The company has recently locked in a cool $45 million budget on their new ad campaign which will feature television and radio commercials, outdoor ads and online marketing. The large promo price tag is an effort to gain a bigger and broader digital and mobile audience. Though Trulia took in about $145 million in 2013, they were still $50 million shy of what their direct competitor, Zillow, finished out the year with.
