Why SuiteBook exists

Specialist suites run on sessions. A consulting room in the morning, the procedure room in the afternoon, a different specialist in each, each on their own arrangement.

Clinical software handles the patients. Accounting software handles the books. The part in between, working out what each specialist owes the suite for the month and issuing a proper tax invoice, is usually done by hand. SuiteBook is built for that part.

How we build it

Billing only

No clinical records, no Medicare claiming and no compliance claims. We stay in our lane.

The demo stays in your browser

The live demo uses fictional data and saves your changes in your own browser’s local storage. Nothing you type into the demo is sent to us.

No patient data

SuiteBook holds no clinical records. Percentage fees use the gross billing totals specialists report, not patient details.

Production is still being built

Sign-in, server-side storage and the hosting arrangements for the production service are planned. We will publish the details before anyone puts real data in.
