The problem

  • Bookings live in a paper diary, a shared calendar or reception’s memory.
  • A procedure-room session and a consult session look the same in a spreadsheet, but they are charged differently.
  • Swapped or cancelled sessions are hard to reconcile at month-end.

A room can only hold one booking per session. Double-bookings are refused when you try to make them.

When you book a slot, SuiteBook offers only the specialists whose arrangement covers that room on that date.

The dashboard shows how many room-sessions were booked out of those available, room by room.

Recurring patterns and leave

Planned
Set a specialist’s regular sessions once, then record leave and public-holiday exceptions. The demo seeds patterns; an editor is planned.
