The problem
- Month-end means cross-checking the diary, the arrangements and last month’s invoices by hand.
- Shared costs like waste and consumables are split on the back of an envelope.
- It is easy to miss a session, or charge one twice.
What SuiteBook does
Labelled honestly: “In the demo” means you can try it now. “Planned” means it is not built yet.
One preview for every specialist
In the demoSee each specialist’s session charges, percentage fees and share of costs, ex GST, GST and total, before anything is issued.
Percentage fees from reported billings
In the demoEnter the gross billings each specialist reports for the month. SuiteBook applies the percentage in their arrangement. No patient detail is needed.
Shared-cost split
In the demoRecord shared costs for the month and SuiteBook apportions them by sessions used.
Finalise and lock
In the demoFinalising issues the tax invoices and locks the sessions, billings and costs it used, so nothing is billed twice.
Credit notes
PlannedCorrect a finalised invoice with a credit note rather than an edit.
