Feature · Xero: Month-end, ready for Xero.

Export the month’s finalised tax invoices as a CSV in Xero’s sales-invoice import layout, so your bookkeeper can import them instead of rekeying. A direct Xero connection is planned.

Illustration using fictional demo data. Account code and tax type are placeholders.

The problem

  • Every invoice is entered twice: once to send, once in Xero.
  • Rekeying introduces typos in amounts and contact names.
  • The bookkeeper waits for month-end figures.

What SuiteBook does

Labelled honestly: “In the demo” means you can try it now. “Planned” means it is not built yet.

Xero sales-invoice CSV

In the demo
Contact name, email, invoice number, dates, description, quantity, unit amount, account code, tax type and currency, in Xero’s import column layout.

One row per line item

In the demo
Each line on a SuiteBook invoice becomes a line on the Xero invoice, so the detail carries across.

Your codes

In the demo
Account code and tax type in the demo are placeholders. Set them with your bookkeeper before you rely on them.

Direct Xero sync

Planned
Push invoices to Xero automatically and keep payment status in step.
